With great passion
Abadiño is thrilled to host the start of the second stage of the 2026 Itzulia Women. Our town, in the heart of the Duranguesado region, lives and breathes cycling, and today we have the opportunity to share that passion with the best women’s peloton.
Sport transmits values that we hold dear: effort, perseverance, teamwork, and respect. Cycling, in particular, reflects like few others that blend of sacrifice and beauty, of individual struggle and collective spirit. That’s why this race is also a celebration of who we are as a community.
Our region has always been a cradle of great cycling enthusiasm, with generations dedicated to this sport. Today, that tradition lives on in our streets.
We want to show our support for all the cyclists, and especially for Usoa Ostolaza, a rider from Zaldibar, a source of pride for us all.
From Abadiño, we will cheer with enthusiasm and respect.
